Inspiron 7586 sound probs

I own a new 7586 2 in 1 Inspiron.  Randomly, the speakers will begin to crackle and won't stop.  This happens when I receive notifications from FB.  Just tonight, I also couldn't listen to Pandora without the crackle in the background.  I tried using great earbuds I own that never gave me a problem on my Acer (oohh!)...but I could still hear the crackle on them.  Please advise.  Thanks.
