Inspiron G3 15 3500, Game shift key not working

I recently bought Dell Inspiron G3 15 3500.When I tried to use game shift key (G key) nothing happened. I opened AWCC app but there is no G symbol as I saw on other Dell G3 laptops from youtube videos. Please Help.
