Inspiron i7577-5241BLK-PUS Sending for Repair AGAIN
My Inspiron laptop started crashing (presumably overheating) and I eventually got it sent in to replace the heatsink. However I just got it back and it continues to crash. I called Dell Support again, and I'm supposed to send them the laptop to look at again. According to who I talked to, I'm fairly certain they are going to try to replicate the crash. (To make sure that I'm not bsing?) However, this worries me because it only crashed the second day that I played on it, after playing Destiny 2 for several hours. I doubt that they will be able to replicate the crash and I'm afraid that they won't be able to do anything because of this.
