This is usually a video failure -- which on this model means a replacement mainboard.
You may be better off finding a working used system and just swapping in your drive - these should be well under $50 complete, working and used.
Count the beeps between pauses. What is the pattern?
1-1-1-1...
3-3-3-3...
etc.
