Inspiron n5110 Stuck on dell logo sceeen

I have the inspiron n5110 , Windows 10

I wanted to factory reset my laptop and I choose the "delete everything" button. It kept loading till it was 50% then it turned off, I turned it on and it strarted loading from the beginning till it was around the same percentage, then it turned off again, but then when I tried to turn it on, it got stuck on the dell logo screen. Everytime I try to open it, it shows the dell logo, loads, shows a black screen, then the dell logo again. I tried the diagnostics button in the boot options(f12) and everything was working just fine, I tried clicking "f8" repeatedly but nothing showed up and I don't know what the problem is.

The F8 Key doesn't work for windows 10 however, it does work for windows 7, Vista and XP. The diagnostic test didn't come with error code then it's most likely an software issue. The fix is to reinstall windows 10. You can get the windows 10 installation media from the link below. You will need a working computer and a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space.

Download Windows 10 - microsoft.com
