Inspiron won't turn on

My new inspiron will not turn on.  Plugged into power and will not turn on.  This is sudden without damages or other issues

If "new" means within 30 days of shipment and purchased direct from Dell, contact customer support for a refund or exchange.

If it's older than 30 days, contact Dell for a warranty repair.
