Is it possible to charge my Inspiron 5482 through the USB-C port?

My Dell Inspiron 5482 2-in-1 laptop came with a "normal", that is, non-USB-C power supply.

I heard that USB-C ports may have the possibility of serving as charging ports. Is it the case with the single USB-C port on this laptop?
