Keyboard issue - Inspiron 15-5593

I bought this laptop in November 2019. It worked fine for a few months. Starting February 2020, some keys on the built-in keyboard stopped working. These keys include x,c,v,m, ",", ".", right Shift, Enter, and the numeric pad on the right. I have tried to uninstall the related drivers and even BIOS, but the problem persist. I have to use the On-screen or external keyboards. What should I do????
