LCD failure inspiron14 7460
My display cable is damaged and no display cable is available on any service center so I connected external LCD with laptop but its indicating 2,7 amber and white light what do I do

The system won't POST without a recognized LCD panel attached - the cable (or the display depending on the type) will need to be replaced.
If the system has a touchscreen, the cable comes with the LCD assembly. If not, it's this part:

Its non touch and not available for shipping in India. Please guys let me know when there is alternate option available. I have already talked to dell center and one of them told me that you will have to pay 13500 for display + 999 diagnosis + derive tax and have to submit the laptop and will tell you after a month if display is available or not and if not the 13500 plus service tax will be refunded but diagnosis price will not be refunded
