If you go by Laptopmag here then it would be the Dell XPS 13 series. But asking for the best is a bit of a vague question. What are you using it for? Business applications, or video editing, or maybe gaming? Each of those uses may call up a different laptop based on the various demands. One thing I will suggest is that whichever laptop you purchase, select more power than you think you will need now. Because down the road applications, games, etc. will require more of a system's hardware than what the present conditions are.
