Laptop keeps turning off during the Dell loading screen
So here’s the situation. I decided to factory reset my laptop (Dell Inspiron 3000 14-3467) because I’ve found out I’ve been hacked recently, fearing that they might get some sensitive information. I chose “Local restore” as my mode of resetting my laptop. All went smooth but when it came to the Dell loading screen (the circling dots aren’t even showing up yet) the laptop turns off by itself and then turn on afterwards. It keeps on repeating. What should I do? Thanks for those who will reply!

Really not much to go on, other than to say your restore did not work properly and the PC cannot find the startup files for the OS. If you can restart into the restore process you may have the option to repair the startup files.
