Left side of headphone not working
When I plug my headphone my left is not working.same with all the headphones and headsets. I also checked the sound balance in system/sound.now I'm very sure that this is not the problem of my headphone or sound settings. Pls help me

Thank you for your message. What is the system model in question here?
Did this issue start after any recent software change, Windows or driver update?
Does the system speaker work fine?
Try refreshing the audio drivers. Open device manager – expand sound & video- right click on the audio driver & click on uninstall (do not check the box that says delete driver) & restart the system.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
