Memory Unusable?
I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 [Ryzen5].
According to the system specs, RAM is listed as "8Gb (5.98 usable)".
I have run through all driver updates, updated the Bios and windows. I have also gone through system property settings and made sure that there is no Maximum for memory.
Prior to this I also used the same model laptop that had the exact same issue so this must be a problem with the model.
If I can't resolve this I will need to return this laptop so I am keen for any troubleshooting ideas and if this is a known issue.
