Missing vulkan-1.dll file

I was wondering if there was a way to redownload this file as many of the games I have tried playing now say that this file is either missing or corrupt and the games will end after I click "ok" on the error message. These games used to work and start up perfectly fine but now they wont even start. They all just say "vulkan-1.dll file is not present or corrupted on system." Or "vulkan-1.dll is able to be located. Reinstalling the application may fix this" however when I reinstall, the same error message pops up.
