How long have you been having this issue? Has there been any recent software changes like installing a new game or antivirus?
Are the keys stuck? Was there any liquid spillage?
Try using the On Screen Keyboard & check if all the keys respond, you can also use an external keyboard if available. This will help us diagnose if this is an issue with the keyboard or the OS.
