Need to Upgrade my Inspiron 15r 5537
I have Inspiron 15r 5537 with core i5 processor and 4 GB ram and Hard 500 GB and total display memory is 2104 MB
What is the best enhancement(size & type) to my lap to ram and hard and display memory ???

I'm not familiar with your model, so just some general upgrade options.
1. Check to see if your laptop supports dual bay drive configurations. If it does, purchase a SSD, migrate your OS and programs from your current 500GB HDD over to the SSD. This should provide the biggest improvement. If only a single bay, you may want to change your 500GB HDD for an SSD.
2. Upgrade the amount of memory. 4GB is enough to run the OS with minimal programs. You should be running a minimum of 8GB of memory. The more the merrier, as to what you can afford and what your laptop will support.
I would also visit Userbenchmarks.com, install their benchmark software and run it.

After you run it, it will provide you comparison details of how your pc is running compared to others with the same pc and point out poor performance areas, as well as provide some recommendations of upgrades to increase your current performance.

Download the manual for you laptop.
I am not familiar with it.
And see how easy or hard it is to replace the RAM and the hard drive.
You can't do anything about display memory.

System memory can go up to 16 G (2X8).
Best "enhancement" would be 8 or 16 G RAM -- and replace the hard drive with a solid state drive.
The graphics/video RAM cannot be upgraded short of buying a new notebook.

Можно ли в этом ноутбуке установить твердотельный накопитель (ssd) в слот для жёсткого диска, а жёсткий диск переставить в слот для cd-rom?

You can not upgrade anything except the hard drive and the ram as the gpu and cpu of the laptop is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be removed.
As for the hard drive you can replace it with a 1 tb ssd and the max ram allowance is 16 GB after making these upgrades you can see a lot of improvement in the performance.
And yeah don't forget to download the driver of Amd Radeon HD 8600M series from amd as this model has that gpu
