New ssd NVME and SATA
I installed a clean install of windows 10 on my ssd NVME but the bios cant seem to recognize it as a bootable disk. I also tried adding a manual boot option but cant find the bootx64.efi even the my windows 10 installation was successful

Did you install in UEFI mode? Not having an EFI partition leads me to think you installed BIOS MBR?
