Order processing

I ordered a dell Inspiron 15 7000 7591 on 22 may 2020 I recieved an acknowledgement email saying that the order will be confirmed soon so u waited and now 3 days have past and no updates the money is also not depicted from the bank.  I am really frustrated  please help me and tell weather it is normal
