Hi,

I have two Dell power adapter. 

Although the seller of amazon.com replied me "we guarantee our items to be 100% offical product", I am wondering if the adapter B is the official product or not. 

Q. Please let me know if the adapter B is the official product or not.

If it charges the battery, then it is fine. If it doesn't charge the battery, then it isn't fine.

If the adapter came from Dell or a Dell parts only supplier like parts-people.com, it is original.  Anywhere else:  ask the seller.

However, I still don't know if adapter B is an official product or not.
1. According to parts-people.com, it seems to be an official product.
2. Amazon's seller said that it was the official product but the firmware version is different.
3. Another amazon's seller said that it was a fake official product.

I had both adapter A and adapter B.
Both worked well with Dell laptops. Recently I bought a new accessory but adapter B did not work with it.
So I was wondering if it was the official product or not.

Anyway, I decided to return it.
