Power Management Options

I have G7, and on Power Options, I have no Ultra Performance battery plan. I have only Dell and Balanced, which are basically the same. When I follow the way I found the internet, which is opening "Registry Editor" and change the "CsEnabled" value at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power" from 1 to 0. Then, after the reboot, there should be other power plans. But I have no CsEnabled value at all. What is the problem?

This is not about power plans, this is about if you use S3 or modern standby. Since Windows 10 2004 there is no CsEnabled option anymore. you dont need to fiddle with power plans on your laptop.
