Random Windows 10 crash (Dell Inspiron 5570) after update

For some reason, windows decided to just freeze and made me force restart.

Everything seems fine right now, im just curious if are there any causes for this and how to make sure this doesnt happen again.

I found in event logs "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." if that helps.
