Rapid battery drain and speaker noise when i plug in the charger.

Hello guys,

I noticed that my battery drains rapidly and the laptop speaker makes a weird sound when I plug in the OEM charger.

The battery drain started after the windows 1909 update, the charger noise has always been an issue for as long as I can remember. I am running win 10 pro. on an Inspiron 15 3581 that I ordered online in august last year (2019).Please any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
