I hope you guys can help me fix this issue.
Click f12 and select diaognostics, there run a full test, and at one point you will hear a beep from the speaker.
I don't seem to have that option in the diagnostics menu. I went into diagnostics then went into the f2 menu to show all avaliable tests. I made a video that shows that. Maybe I am missing something...
Most probably issue is with hardware.
Do you get sound from Headphones ??
Reboot to F12 > Diagnostics > Quick Audio Test : This test runs without the need of windows drivers so it it's a software issue, speaker would work here. If speakers do not sound here than it's hardware
once in windows open supportassist run custom test on speakers only. Check if you get sound.
Supportassist > Troubleshooting > I want to troubleshooting my PC > Scan a specific piece of hardware > Speakers.
