Screen turns into black and white strips

The screen turns sometimes into black and white stripes (mostly if the mouse begins to move). I get the normal screen back if I switch the screen off (i.e. close the top of the laptop) then open it again.

DELL Inspiron 17R N7110, Windows 10 Pro
