Stops responding and freezes

Hi I recently dropped my Dell Inspiron n5010 managed to get it back on, but now when it's on after some minutes it stops responding to programs (Not Responding) and then it will freeze, then it will eventually go blank and stop working. If I switch it off and on it does the same thing, I tried the F12 Diagnosis test(memory test) but no luck. Still gives me the same problem, please help

My current workaround - Change "Turn off Display" & "Put the Computer to Sleep" to "Never" in Power Options > Edit Plan Settings.

3 days with no freezing, whereas it was freezing at least once a day before. Make sure to manually turn off your pc if you go for a longer break.
