What is the status of the power button light does it flash amber or white?
Please restart the computer & check if the system can get to the BIOS screen when tapping F2. If yes, set BIOS to defaults & restart the system.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
