TPM setting not found on BIOS

You'll need to provide the system model (Inspiron 5535, etc.) AND the location where it was first sold if outside the US.  Not all models have a TPM - and even among models that do in the US, Canada, etc., market restrictions in other countries restrict or prohibit sales of systems with TPM.

Its Inspiron 15r special edition, bought directly from Dell UK.

This model did not come equipped with a TPM.
