Have you tried creating a OS recovery driver using the Dell or Microsoft link


Is the drive detected when you try to boot?


For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with any one of the service tag, registered name & email address.
