Unable to start the laptop

Hi, when I turn on my laptop it goes straight to a hardware check, it checks the hardware and finds nothing wrong. then turns off, it keeps doing this! Similar issue with another one 😞

What is the exact model of your computer? It almost sounds as if the partition with the diagnostics is the active partition instead of the partition with the OS so it boots to the wrong partition. Also have you checked the boot order in the BIOS?
