Upgrade
I have Inspiron 13-5378 model with 8 Gb Ram. I want to upgrade it to 16Gb ram, but is it possible to upgrade ram on this model? And does this model have 2 slots or just 1 slot?

At page 15 the inspiron-13-5378 service manual tell us:
Memory
Slots: Two SODIMM slots
Type: Dual-channel DDR4
Speed: 2133 MHz
Configurations supported: 4 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB, and 16 GB
Answer:
If you have two 4GB banks of RAM now, you can upgrade to 12GB (4GB + 8GB), but keep in mind that the RAM will run in single channel mode (a little bit slower)
If you have one 8GB bank of RAM now, you can upgrade to 16GB (8GB + 8GB), and you you will get dual channel mode for free ;-)
