Urgent help - keyboard not working

Hey guys I am using Dell Inspiron 3000 series lapi few days before Iaptop keyboard stopped working, i have tried troubleshooting installing reinstalling keyboard drivers, connecting external keyboard, resorting system to last known good configuration and even formatting and reinstalling windows but the issue still persist, pls can anyone guide me how do I resolve this...

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Your post says you tried using an external keyboard, did that work?

Hopefully it's a driver or software problem and can be easily resolved, however it could be a hardware issue. Have you tried running diagnostics?  Please press F12 at startup or run Dell SupportAssist make a note of any error messages and post back.
