Video stuttering & audio lagging

I have a DELL Inspiron 13 7370 & for the past month or so my audio & video staggers/ lags/ holds up (not sure what its called but this the closest explanation) randomly whenever I'm on Zoom, YouTube, watching videos or anything. The audio will sometimes make a lil odd buzz on some of the lags as well.

I ran Dell SupportAssist as well and for the whole month it recommended to update BIOS but when i went to update it said update failed. Update finally worked on 17th Jan 2021 for 'BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. 1.17.0, 05/08/2020'.

Last year, my SupportAssist mysteriously disappeared and after Dell reinstalled it i started noticing these issues.

Can anyone help with a possible solution to this problem? I can provide more details, if needed as well.
