Windows 10 Reinstall Disks

Hello!

I accidentally deleted my recovery partition, and now I want to install same Windows installation, that was installed on my first PC run.. With all drivers, wallpapers and everything that came with PC. Is it possible to have the same image?

PC info.;
Dell Inspiron 15 5558, Windows 10 Home x64..
