Inspiron 3558
Bought new in Nov22, had small accident, cracked screen and side/back. The laptop is only just 2 months old and Dell do not have parts to repair. I have been waiting for nearly a month, they now say I have to wait another month. They should not be selling the Latitude if there are no parts to repair in a timely manner!!!!!!! how do I get in contact with someone in Dell who has the copacity to help?

Similar, i need to get a charging port repaired for an 18 month laptop.. but they dont have the part in stock and havent for weeks! its impossible to reach them, because i work! terrible service!
