dell inspiron 15 3000 won’t let me sign in
I got this laptop and I created the microsoft account and set up a password, then when i go to sign it in tries to get me to set up a pin, so i press next, then it says something went wrong. i hit retry it does nothing, so i hit skip, and it takes me back to the lock screen. it’s an endless loop of not being able to sign in and i can’t access anything!!! help!!

Try to get it to reboot. Turning on/off not enough. press and hold the power button for about 30 to 40 seconds. So keep it held even after the machine shuts down. Then power up normally and it should have fixed the problem.
You may also use the "Get Help Now" option at the bottom right to chat with a Dell technician right away.
