dell inspiron 15-7579 wont load past dell logo

Hello

My computer was working then it said it had some Dell update to do. Let it do it’s thing come back and its been stuck at the Dell logo screen with the circle spinning. I’ve tried everything from F8 to F12 it says that there’s a battery issue. So I remove the battery and it still won’t load. I have tried to even do a Cloud restore. But during the restore says that it was unable locate all system content to download. Any suggestions or do I have a nice paperweight now?
