Laptop won't turn on unless plugged in. I know that battery has more than 55% charge but when i restart laptop it comes at login page and shot down unexpected and won't turn on unless plugged in the adapter.

Something else I figured out is that my original battery voltage was 11.1v, but the new one is 11.4

Is the new battery a genuine Dell battery?

Well, maybe you press it too weak. I got the problem a few weeks ago, Then yesterday I got mad and pres it SUPER STRONG even I not plugged in. Then it works.
