I am wondering how many people have 5567 laptops that have to be fixed, can't be fixed and dell won't help? I bought this laptop in May 2017 and it hasn't worked right for months. Dell won't take it back though there are critical process errors. don't buy this piece

Unfortunately, systems that are over 30 days from invoice date can not be returned for a refund, but you can take advantage of the warranty that was purchased with the system. Most new purchases have a 1 year warranty.
