worst experience with this product, due to poor quality parts used
two times hinges issues after replament again new issue with body fitting of lower body- not holding screw tightly due to thredings issue of body and result in gap, and loose fiiting causes making noise at opening and closing flap of laptop
how many times in a year we requesting service for such issues and waste time
today again service request generated for above issue
why dell don't call return this type of product and give full product replacement to unsatisfied customers
