Assuming this firmware update was for the system rather than the adapter (is that correct?), as an immediate workaround, try downgrading to the previous firmware release to see if that restores functionality. But in the interest of getting a proper long-term fix, it would help to include the following information:
- What system model(s) are you using where this was observed after a firmware update? - What firmware version(s) are you running on those systems when you're having this problem? - If downgrading to an older firmware works, what firmware version(s) are problem-free?
