wireless software does not install on Dell Inspiron 14-3467

Hi,

I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 14- 3467 with processor Intel core I3. I can not install wireless software on my laptop.

I am using I installed Windows 8.1 64 bit and the network driver recommended Intel 3160 3165 7260 7265 Wi-Fi Driver, updated 07 Aug 2018 but I failed to install. It shows, Installation blocked/ / this software package can not be installed on your system.

Could someone help me on this issue.

Is the driver 32-bit?
