DP4400 Network communication failures between components

Various components on the DP4400 will fail to be to ping each other or be able to ping the local gateway, This can also impact the ability to ping interfaces from the production network.

• This is caused by not having all 4 up link ports connected to the customer network or the configuration of the ports on the customer switch are not configured properly.
• The up link ports need to be configured as access ports and not setup for trunking.
