How can I set up the notification on OneFS 8.0.0.0?

Hi

I updated Isilon OneFS 7.2.1.1 to 8.0.0.0 in May, 2016.

When I had used OneFS7.2.1.1, I set up the notification by the Web.

I could control when the nofitication occuered by the checkbox(Information, Warning, Critical, Emergency) for individual events.

But I cannot contorl when the notification occur because the checkbox vanish in OneFS8.0.0.0.

Can I control when the notification occur in OneFS 8.0.0.0?

If I can, would you tell me the way?

There have been major changes for the alerting system in OneFS 8.0, please check the admin guide.

In a nutshell, the event types are grouped more coarsely,

but it's now possible to specify a "condition" under which

an alert is sent out. Also there is the new concept of "channels"

for controlling the delivery of events.

In the WebGUI:

Cluster Management -> Events and Alerts -> Alerts

Click View/Edit for an entry in the "Alerts" table,

then "Edit Alert" in popup -- scroll down within the popup

to see all settings.
