Please open an SR for health check.  They will give you a report.

Hello Faouci,

you can also point the customer to the SSP tool. It is customer facing and helps put this level of information in the customers hands any time that they want using the SSP or Self Service Platform. More information can be found in the following link:

https://inside.emc.com/groups/serviceability-self-service-platform

Customers are still welcome to open an SR but may find this beneficial to do themselves on a regular basis to help drive the health of the Isilon in their environment

Here's a more public accessible page for the same tool.  https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-52103.  It should be noted, Support uses this same tool for health checks, and also uses portions of it for Engineering level engagements.  So you can open an SR for a healthcheck, but it's faster if you do the health check yourself, than open up SRs for anything that needs attention, as Support will request you open up a SR for each issue anyways.

Also, health check have been added to 8.0.0.0.  I haven't played with the feature as much, but it was added.  The advantage of the tool in the doc I listed, has more frequent updates, as it includes ETAs when possible and updated quite frequently, where the one in 8.0.0.0 is only going to be updated with MR releases, so less often.
