Hello,

Mount failure alerts occur when NFS clients are denied a mount request. For example, a mount failure alert will occur when a client is prevented from mounting an export that it does not have access to (error: 13), or when the requested path does not exist (error: 2).

Take a look at /var/log/nfs.log for the type 2 (bad path failure to mount) errors.

Cheers,

Matt
