Upgrade from 6.5 to 7.0, where to start?

This is a customer-facing document that enables you and your customer to walk-through what is needed before upgrading.

A couple of things that need further clarification:

1. The document states you should upgrade to InsightIQ 2.1, Insight 2.5 is the latest version.
2. With the addition of Role-Based authentication there are new Admin roles in 7.0, so users that we're part of the Isilon Admins need to be added to a new role, otherwise they won't have enough privileges and will see most of the GUI greyed out. More info in: support article # 90457 https://emc--c.na5.visual.force.com/apex/KB_BreakFix_1?id=kA1700000000QxD#. The documents are not very clear on how-to add users to a Role. It has to be done through the cli with ‘# isi auth roles’ . More info on the Command Reference Guide.
