I want to upgrade my system with 4 GB extra RAM to make it an 8 GB RAM system. Is it advisable to do so to improve speed in case of multiple application running at a time. I tried readyboost, but its leading to temporary delay in application startup.
If it is ok to upgrade, where can I get similar RAM? Does DELL India sells extra RAM or I need to buy from opne market? If I need to buy from open market, which would be the advisable one, Transcend or corsair or HP?

Before buying any RAM, download the manual and see how easy or difficult it will be to get to the RAM.
With some laptops, it requires a lot of dissassembly.

The manual is here and its pretty simple for this model:

We usually recommend Crucial RAM:

I want to upgrade to 8GB using my existing 4GB.
Which do you recommend?
Also Will a DDR3L work with my Laptop?
