Due to my own clumsiness my old AC Adapter/Power Cord is no longer able to do anything but hold the current charge in my Studio 17 laptop. Because of this I recently ordered another which was advertised as being for "Studio Laptops". I did not check the wattage, however, and this has turned around and bitten me. My old cord is a 90W, while this one is a 65W. It is capable of doing what the last one does, keeping the charge, but I get no recharge.
Therefore, I want to return it. No one in the land of automation will tell me how to do anything but buy a different one. I purchased it from the website and had it sent to my home. Can anyone help me return this?
