Hello! I bought a Dell Inspiron laptop several months ago (new) and last week it stopped charging. I sent it back to the manufacturer and they said the AC adapter needs replacing, is not under warranty and I need to pay them ~$159. Can someone tell me why it's not under warranty and if this is true? Thanks.
