AC power not recognized

My 600m laptop just started experiencing this problem. I noticed that the battery was not charging even when plugged in. I looked at the power brick and the green led was not on. If I unplug it for a minute and plug it into the wall with the other end not plugged into the laptop, the green light stays on. As soon as I plug it into my laptop, the green light goes off and the battery does not charge. I tried another charger and the same thing happens. I also tried removing my second battery from the modular bay and experienced the same thing. It seems to be an internal problem, what are my options?

Thanks

You will need to replace the faulty system board.

I bought one of the charging docking stations for mine when the power jack failed on my Latitude D510 that I am typing on now.

sure is cheaper than a motherboard.

ironic twist, cant load service pack two, as it demands to recognise being plugged in direct to AC.
